Summary: ravikrishna has a scar on the rght sde of his face. he has a complex because of that and ppl mock him due to his scar. he wants to remove it with an operation which is beyond his financial means. he starts saving up like mad for that, and oru veri puducha aalu madri nadanthukaran. the movie ends with how he accepts himself.
Bottomline: a family entertainer, movie lacks any double meaning, 'kudumbathoda pakkara padam'

radha mohan has disappointed us. the problem is that the hero is there in almost every frame, the hero being ravi sibasu krishna, it makes for hard viewing.

in fact it i think is because revathy is called 'ponni' and ravikrishna is her selvan (son) on whom the movie is based on.
